  • The patient (or a family member or authorized caregiver) fills out periodic questionnaires
  • The device captures vital signs from patient-operated medical devices such as glucometers, pulse oximeters and tensiometers
  • Compatible medical devices are not restricted to specific manufacturers and, when possible, may be connected via a USB or Bluetooth connection
